Amit Yadav

I am a ml research intern at Reliance JIO Infocomm Ltd. in Navi Mumbai, where I work on computer vision and machine learning.

At JIO I've worked on Medical OCR, Warehouse Survillance Automation. I'm currently doing my B-Tech at NIET Greater Noida, with majors in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Projects and Research

I'm interested in computer vision, machine learning, optimization, and image processing. Much of my research is about inferring the physical world (shape, motion, color, light, etc) from images. Representative papers are highlighted.

The Art of 3D Scene Understanding: Implementing and Enhancing Neural Radiance Fields
Amit Yadav, Anand Gupta, Yaduvir Singh,
NIET Conference, 2023   (Oral Presentation)
project page

a minimal implementation of Neural Radiance Fields (NeRF), a groundbreaking approach for 3D scene representation and view synthesis

Recognition of Sentiment using Deep Neural Network
Amit Yadav, Anand Gupta, Ms. Aarushi Thusu,
IJTSRD, 2023
project page / arXiv

The paper demonstrates the real time facial emotion recognition in one of the seven categories o emotion that are angry, disgust, fear, happy, neutral, sad and surprise.

Multiclass car logo detection using Transfer Learning (ResNet and VGG)
Amit Yadav,
September, 2023
project page

The project demonstrates the real time car logo detection using images and the model is trained on ResNet and VGG. It is a 28 class classification problem with whooping 87% accuracy. See the project page for more information.

A deep learning architecture from scratch for detecting 4 localized coordinate points on the wrist
Amit Yadav,
October, 2023
project page

A deep learning algorithm/ architecture to detect the (x, y) coordinates of the wrist points as shown in the image for real-time application.Annotaed 80 images with keyframes and Augmented the data to 7200 image and trained the model on ResNet152v2.
